The Role
We are seeking a confident, personable and experienced Executive Assistant to join the NZM team in Geelong, Australia, to provide professional executive support and assistance to the GM Global supply.
In this role you will be managing the schedule, communications, and NZM administrative workload of the GM Global supply.
You will be responsible for the general running of NZM’s Geelong office, ensuring NZM guests have an exceptional experience. This role will also see you assist with the organising, and at times, leading internal and external projects and events.
The Person
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy dynamic environment, allowing you to demonstrate your professional executive support, outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail.
You will be known as an excellent communicator and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
You will have advanced knowledge of MS suite of applications and be technology savvy.
Having a high level of initiative and the ability to show discretion and professionalism with sensitive information are a must.
